We opened in Mumbai in 2013 with four advisors and a short list of clients who wanted a quieter, more rigorous way to move through the market. Four years later we opened in Dubai, because our clients were already moving between the two.

Today we advise on residential and commercial assets in both cities — for sale and for rent — with the same standards of research, documentation and discretion that defined the first mandate.

Our mission is simple: represent fewer properties, understand them completely, and stay with the client long after the keys change hands.
